Gathering and usage

When registering for Movethers+© we ask for information such as your email address.Your information is only used internally and won’t be shared with others.

Your data

Movethers+© uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Movethers+©. Although Movethers+© owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Movethers+© application, you retain all rights to your data. Movethers+© will safeguard your data and information as our own and will not share your data or information with any unauthorized 3rd party vendors without your consent.

Sensitive data (e.g: obtained from Health kit or Google Fitness API, Health Connect)

All sensitive health data: movements data (steps, distance walking/running, exercise session, floors climbed, speed), personal data (height, weight) are stored with AES-256 encryption and processed locally and offline on the device. Data will never get saved or processed online. Health data are used to manage and to check the completeness of fitness challenges.

The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Movethers+©’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Management and deletion of user data

Movethers+© can automatically retrieve your Google Fit/Health Connect (Android) or Health (iOS) app data to help you to track your physical activity and to participate in our challenges.

All data that you allow Movethers+© to access are managed locally in the app with AES-256 encryption and they are not shared with third-party services. Open Google Fit/Health Connect (Android) or Health (iOS) to confirm what data you want to share.

Movethers+© provides users with full control over their data, including what data is retained and what data is deleted. You can delete your data and account yourself by following the instructions in the settings section of the app.

Ad servers

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Changes

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
